one hour group walk

what? where? how?

While some dogs love nothing more than racing around with their best friends, others require a little more human interaction and/or mental stimulation. I'm a huge believer in encouraging dogs to use their brains and I incorporate a number of fun games and wee training activities into my walks to achieve this.

I walk a maximum of 4 dogs per group, carefully selected to be a good match in temperament, play style and athletic ability. Dog walking locations are varied throughout Midlothian and the borders, taking into account total travel time, environmental conditions, and each dog's physical capabilities.

£14 for one dog, £11 for additional dog(s) from same household.

Travel, health and safety

Dogs are transported in my small van, which has been fully kitted out with custom made steel crates lined with comfortable and hygienic fleece. These roomy crates have multiple exits in case of any emergency, and a side loading door provides extra room for larger breeds or dogs who prefer to remain standing. The van has been fitted with a Flettner air vent to allow for extra air circulation.

I hold a canine first aid certificate which is refreshed every 3 years and carry a comprehensive first aid kit.

My existing knowledge and ongoing training in canine behaviour allows me to manage dogs in my care safely and help to prevent unwanted behaviours.
